Our Founder & CEO, Micaela Nota, has over a decade of experience in the staffing industry placing thousands of individuals across almost every industry. She started her career in the big apple supporting recruiting efforts for IT-contract positions, mostly at fortune 500 companies. She leaned on her relationship building skills and keen ability to read people to connect with hiring managers and candidates, alike, to become one of the top producing Account Manager’s in her field. She uses her fast learning abilities to understand the ins and outs of her client’s teams in order to properly educate her recruiters leading them to find the best talent in the market. She is a heat-seeking- mistle with a do-whatever-it-takes mentality who delivers upon any challenge. After growing the ranks of the NYC-market, she took her talents to a new market in Oklahoma City. Moving to a new city allowed her to expand her staffing into new industries including government services (state & federal), construction, healthcare, engineering and higher education. Despite relocating during a global pandemic, she persevered, guiding her team to achieve all their pre-COVID goals, culminating a year-end victory. Throughout her career, she has supported the world’s largest banks, fintech companies, real estate firms, law firms, construction firms, insurance providers, private equity firms, hedge funds, aerospace engineering firms, and healthcare systems. Micaela is a strategic mentor, leader and partner to her peers. She believes in manifesting dreams and making them a reality.
